Bought in telkom airtime it been two weeks now without getting it

Hello Peter I bought airtime through my bank app for R80 for telkom on the 04/05/2020 and money was deducted from my bank account but I have never received that airtime everytime I called in telkom they tell me about 72hours waiting period off which doesn't make sense because it eather they give back my money or give me airtime.
