Bought data but never reached my phone but airtime was taken

On Sunday I recharged R60 airtime. Then I bought a R29 March madness bundle. I never got a confirmation message but my airtime was taken. As I was checking my balance it shows no trace of data. I then called the customer service number they say there's no trace of me buying data. I'm lost now
