Bought a car faster than I get a mobile device from Telkom

<p>Hi, i app**** online for a mobile phone from Telkom's website about 3 weeks ago. In the following week on Friday 24 February, a sales agent phoned me and said that all has been approved and the phone would be delivered within the next 5-7 days. I waited and waited for the phone but nothing! All my efforts to locate a telephone number where to phone them did not help either. The mobile number they have resutled in a 30 min wait for me without anybody answering. I then contatced Telkom on Facebook Messenger on Monday and although they did reply and promised to send my query to the correct department, i have had NO call or even an email and it is now Thursday! I received a reference number but that is it! A ********** 7. Can somebody ANYBODY please for the love of Hello Peter, contact me to inform where the phone is!!???</p>
