BOQUETS TO TELKOM at CENTREPOINT

I really think we could give some of the staff at Telkom Centrepoint the day off .... at least! I went to the branch on behalf of my daughter (with a letter of authorisation signed by her). TRACY (as well as PHOEBE AND SUMMERS previously) did her utmost to assist me. She looked up my daughter's account and gave me all the information that was available on the system. It would have been so much easier to have told me that "It's not your account. Your daughter must come herself" OR "You must go to Canal Walk" OR some other lame excuse! So, a huge THANK YOU to the ladies at Telkom Centrepoint. Keep up the good work. We appreciate your efforts.
