Boorish, ***********, arrogant, screaming, shouting, angry, pathetic excuse for a manager!

I hope that this complaint is read and immediate action is taken as it is very urgent. I visited Westwood Telkom many days in a row. I have never seen a boorish, rude, arrogant manager as I have in this branch. He is rude to his staff and customers. I had the misfortune to fall victim to his spewing out of venom at me in public. He shouted, ranted and even called the security to threaten me, an old pensioner. He is NEVER in a good mood. He always shouts at everybody. When he swore me, I got very upset and asked him if he treated the women in his family this way as he had no respect at all. He swore me again and then when I responded he kept quiet and recorded my angry words at him. Then he proceeded to threaten me with the footage and told me to get out. In any case he didn't allow me in, though I was weak, ill and couldn't even stand. I don't accept that I should be abused in this manner by a manager and I want Telkom to suspend him immediately because I have never seen a manager acting like this. He has no conflict resolution skills but brings in the army to threaten an old lady! I have plenty to say about this poor excuse for a man, but I want someone from Head Office to contact me urgently. This branch of Telkom has the most number of complaints on the website. I have spoken to some people who were also abused by him. People like that are not fit to be in the frontline at any store. I am traumatised and didn't sleep at all because I have never been treated like this ever before.
