Booking made and confirmed but the never pitched!

I have ordered the R899 premium home package with Explora and extra goodies and the installation booking was confirmed. I took off from work after the confirmation sms came through that they would install on the 7th of May. I received two sms's as confirmation, I took off from work to meet them here and they never pitched up!! Tried to call the call centre but no one picks up after holding for 30 min each time. I am seriously not interested in this product or their latest sms stating installation on the 13th as they don't even have the curtiousy to call to say they cannot make it!
