Booked to relocate line and no one pitches up

Yesterday I was scheduled to have someone come through only to find out that he couldn't do it because he can't find wires. Then today I get an sms saying that my line is rescheduled for next month!?!? So I pay for a service I can't even use. This is not acceptable Telkom seriously
