Bolt-less porting

<p>Visited Telkom N1 City 5 times since the 28th of December to port my MTN number to Telkom as I opened a new contract with them. Was told that they will get back to me twice, they took my details but nobody got back to me. I had to go in to find out the bad news. The 4th time I was there, a customer who came after me was helped first and they knew I came for porting. I was helped after an hour. </p> <p>This whole experience lead me to believe that the staff are *********** and does not live up to promises to follow up with clients.</p>
