Boicot Telkom

My retired parents who rely on their landline have repeatedly tried over the past two years to get their phone line fixed. The line has now been dead for six months. The previous Telkom came out they indicated that would give them a cordless phone as apparently they cannot fix the problem. My parents have not had any service nor the promised cordless phone for the past six months yet they are always billed right on time! They pay for a service they are not getting and have spent hundreds of Rands on airtime! In an emergency they might not be able to reach anybody! I would like to take the matter further.
