Bogus sales assistant
Telkom sales assistant renewed my contract changed it from top up to continuous billing now I am expected to pay for those fees and customer care called once and never returned my call

03 May 2021, 13:38I have still not been assisted..Telkom Hatfield, it’s staff and manager do not know what they are doing..Telkom call Centre agent called once hung up on my ear and never called back as I was explaining this whole dilemma..I have thus stopped debit orders from them until this is resolved..I asked for a top up contract and was given continuous without my knowledge
