Bogus Cell contract Theft

Money is being deducted for a contract I do not have. Ref ***4 logged 6 May already but I have had monthly deductions continued. Contract through sell direct was cancelled during the cool off phase in April already. Call Centre is of no assistance. References logged not followed through on. I need my money back.
