I never recieved any feedback until i had to call customer service regarding my application for Samsung galaxy A11 contract deal when u apply and get declined please atleast send a notification email. WHY CANT I HAVE A CELLPHONE CONTRACT IF IM ALREADY A TELKOM CONTRACT USER

Telkom gave me a router worth R2499 on a month to month contract with smartbroad wifi i qualify for it im using it in my house so i decided to open a cellphone contract with telkom wich telkom cant hand me the contract due to credit vetting. So can u please tell me how can i qualify for something as im already using your smartbroad wifi in my home why cant i have a cellphone contract as im Self employed business owner with a Gros income of R18900 pm so what frustrating me is MTN nd Vodacom declines my online applications beceuse im self employed business owner. I mean how insane is that .u can never b your own boss coloured community is a shame
