<p>case no ********** 7 3 months unresolve technical fault on data service. call centre , mobile shop visits , sim swops etc etc etc . Here is the best ever. if they phone you, and you dont answer the phone, guest what - the computor on their side, changes your fault status as RESOLVED. Gues how many time i get phoned and before i can pick up - call is dropped. ???????? Now i have asked for a canselation form to be emailed to me. Gues what ?????? still waiting. </p>
