Bluff telkom terrible Customer service

Customer service is terrible, went there earlier, was told by a lady working on the floor that the internet was out and instead of trying to assist despite this, she was more interested in talking to staff working at the vodacom shop next door and actually getting irritated for people entering the shop despite there being no sign stating that the internet was out and staff still not answering the landline. Absolutely terrible Customer service
