Bluetech Retail

I app**** at Bluetech Retail on 19 December 2014 for a Lte unit with 10 Gig. Did not get any response from them and Rep not answering his phone. We left on Holiday witch i told the rep on 25 December 2014. On 3 January 2015 another rep phoned me and said it has been approved and he needs to install. I told him we were on holiday only back on 9 January 2015. He came and installed it on 10 January 2015. Telkom then billed me from 19 December 2014 for the unit. Phoning telkom numeral times they only say that i signed on 19 December 2014 witch i didn't. I I surged for Bluetech Retails number and no where to be found on the net.
