Blue Monday at Telkom Richardsbay

The worst experience if my life, had to stand in the que for over an hour, the consultants had friends coming in without taking any tickets. I just thought that we were ignored because most of us had queries and the important people in are the one coming in for sales. The customer service from Telkom Richards bay is so bad even the body language shows that they have no care ( you need us attitude). But guess what, not for long, there is Vodacom across the shop and they have happy smilling customers because they are quick and efficient.
