After experience a very terrible service from Telkom, that was going on for months. I cancelled my subscription and asked for a settlement amount. On the 13 September 2018 at 04:47 PM i got an email from Mamohale Letsoalo and Sonto Ndaweni with the settlement amount of R1776.82 Settlement quote: ********** 08. On the 14 September i paid exactly the settlement amount they provided me with by EFT. To my surprise today i get an invoice from Telkom that i owe you guys R1000.93 you must be ****ing kiddin' me. I settled this account and i owe you ****. You not getting **** from me again. I'm taking this with the lawyer today. The lady by the name of Pinky cut our chat today when i asked her why em i still getting invoices from Telkom. I'm not paying you any penny, you ****** ******.
