Blood Sucking Hounds

I requested details on a special running till 29.09.2021 R199 data deal (80+80). An email was received from Gladys Mfne at 10h58am on 01.10.2021 to which I rep**** and then received no further response. I then indicated that she omitted to respond to me and instead of actually assisting me she told me she was out of the office and referred to me as SIR, even though my signature clearly states Miss.

I advised her that I i wanted more info and she blatantly ignored my request. I then went back to IG to re-request assistance and instead of someone using my email address which I provided I received 28 calls (which I did not answer) as I supp**** my email address which was a mode of communication that could have been used.

I worked the entire day. I do not have time to sit and chat on a call when things can be expedited in writing which BTW is a mode of communication. How can anyone receive 28 phone calls from 1 company?
