Blocked sim

I've been using this number for 2 years now and I never had a problem, so since this virus of corona attacked the country I was forced to move from urban to the rural area where I know there is no tower for Telkom around so my *** number was not working well, but a week or two ago I managed to buy R20 Telkom airtime that I couldn't use cause of network issues, today when I check if network is back, it shows the emergency call only, I tried to even insert the sim card into other phone but it was in veil. I suspect they closed my number, if so where is my airtime?
