BLOCKED NUMBER BUT STILL PERSIST ON CONTACTING ME (HARASSMENT)

Hi,

i would like to formally report this number - ***. These people have been calling me and when i respond the dont talk. i blocked and reported the number yet they still calling me, and i receive a text that i have missed call from that particular number, this morning i have received 9 missed calls, this is harassment and total bull. Can they stop calling me i blocked them because i dont want their services and if they donot stop this i will take this matter further. Remember this is my phone/number not ours. STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
