Blind leading the blind at Telkom

I have never been so disappointed like I am with Telkom at the moment. Ordered an inverter with 50AH battery. Few days later Telkom phoned me to finalize delivery, the lady kept on mentioning a router and I repeatedly informed her my order is only for inverter and battery, don’t need another root. I already had a line with them. Only when the order arrived they sent me a router. No inverter, no battery. Took another week and a half for them to collect the incorrectly supp**** items. And now nothing, still no inverter and no battery. I have been on phoned with these people and they all can see the correct information on their system, but nothing happens or nothing happens. And then there are the lines issues, with three towers around me down for months, my 20mbs is now either no signal or barely 2mbs consistently. Very disappointing how far telkom has fallen just in last two years alone. Very sad.
