Blatantly ignored

My phone line has been down since Friday I logged a call Saturday morning they will asK a technician to come out I called Monday again got the same answer but still no one came out yet. This is day 5 without my phone line and is costing me lots of money as i have ti make use of a cellphone. I hAve messaged your Facebook page same answer, a technician will get back to me, there has to be a turn around time to attend to matters I find your customer service to very unhelpful and feel like my cry for help is being ignored
