Blake and Associates and Telkom - Please communicate with each other!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!

I had to pay to Blake and Associates (on behalf of Telkom) an amount of R 1, 432.06.. Payment was made on 28 September 2020. Post this payment, I received numercous calls from Blake and Associates asking for the payment, even though I sent proof of payment, and it confirmed telephonically that payment was received.! Now i am receving emails from telkom stating the following: "You are in a breach of your credit contract with Telkom . Note that your payment is now OVERDUE. It is therefore in your own interest to treat this matter with immediate attention. "

WILL BLAKE AND ASSOCIATES PLEASE sort this out.
