BLACKLISTING of ****** PHONE TAKING OVER 4 WEEKS

I have been calling Telkom customer care for the past 2 weeks to blacklist a ****** device. Despite interacting to Telkom via FB and they assured me a consultant will call - I still wait! May I be advised as to how long one waits to get service from Telkom?
