Blacklisting for no reason.

I have been listed at ITC for no reason at all. Only found this out now. This is absolute *******. All my accounts are up to date and has always been so i cant understand the logic behind this. I am absolutely disgusted by this. What gives TELKOM the right to just pick random people and black list them and to top it off there is no number that you could call for assistance.
