blacklisting for no reason

Here I am once again complaining about the same thing. I have been blacklisted by Magda Schuttz for no reason. I have not received any communication from her via sms,email or phone call that I have an amount outstanding. It's been a more that a month now and still my phone is not sorted out. Now I have to send prove that the phone belongs to me. How long will this still take before the problem gets solved. This is ridiculous and other BS.
