Blacklisting

Telkom never ceases to amaze me! I’ve been blacklisted since 2023 for a migration that was never requested! I learned about this from a potential employer who ran background checks. I’ve reached out to Telkom numerous times only to be told sorry we cannot help you the account is cancelled!

I’m at my wits end!My credit score isn’t something I’d like to play with, you’ve sent me no communication attempting to advise of the amount before blacklisting me! And yet still I get the bitter end of the stick even when trying to make arrangements for something I had no knowledge of?
