We called into Telkoms customer service.The agent we spoke some agent.We had to block a number and blacklist a handset but the agent was extremely rude.My brother was ****** and stabbed and she had the nerve to laugh at him when we called.My brother kept repeating the number to her over and over and over again but she just laughed.The agent does not belong in a call centre as she does not know the first thing about Customer CARE
