I am really hoping you can help me. I have been struggling since the beginning of June to get an issue sorted. I have been back and forth between Telkom stores and the Samsung Repair store to "fix" my phone. My device cannot register on the MTN network when attempting to roam. I was advised to do a sim swap, didn't work. The Telkom store then said my device is broken, and was sent to Samsung Repair Center. Nothing wrong with the device. Samsung then did a check and the device has been blacklisted!! How is this possible that my phone can be blacklisted without my consent or without me even being present or informed of the issue!?

I feel that this is absolutely ridiculous and I am thinking of taking legal action against Telkom and the agent that blacklisted my device.

I demand a new device! The Telkom guys have tried to de-blacklist the device and I am still blocked. So I expect that Telkom replace the device to make up for their error. I expect an answer before the end of the day or I will be taking legal action against the agent that blacklisted my device.

I have received 2 reference numbers for this issue:

********** 0
********** 3
