blacklisted with telkom account I do not know

I know found out that I am blacklisted, I didn't reserve any letter stating I am blacklisted and Ididnt open any account with Telkom. what I found out is that there are 2 accounts now on top of that one I complaint about, what is happening at Telkom why are playing with people s feelings like and it seems as if this thingis an inside job , I am now going to report this to the office of the public protector
