BLACKLISTED WHY

Since 2016 I have been fighting with Telkom with regards to account cancellation and just general terrible service. I find out now in 2020 that they have blacklisted me. I have all information showing how Telkom was in breach of contract and how I tried following all procedures to firstly resolve my query and then to cancel the account - which I didn't even have for a week - GET BACK TO ME ASAP
