Blacklisted - No Account?

I have a judgement on my name for a telkom account that I app**** for in 2020. After 4 months of waiting I cancelled the order. Two days later, they delivered the sim card and handset. I canned them and told them the order had been cancelled and they said they would send the courier to collect the handset and sim. It is still here and waiting for telkom to collect. I did not activate anything. I have now been blacklisted for this account. I have NEVER received an account from Telkom.
