Blacklisted my phone but still waiting for the reply

<p>I phoned Telkom on Tuesday morning to report that I lost my phone and to blacklist it.They told me that I cant speak to the blacklisting department directly and that they would phone me in two hours.It has been two days without any word.I cant claim with the insurance without the itc number and are without a phone.Will do no more bussiness with Telkom in the future.</p>
