blacklisted for refusing to pay

hi <br> <br> Mathapelo khubalo<br> Telkom Mobile Customer Service. .since your call I have learnt that I have been credit blacklisted by telkom ... your arrogant treatment of my complaint is unacceptable .... handing us over to debt collectors is a gross misuse of your bullying power ..<br> <br> your blatant lie as to us having to fill in and sign a 'cancellation of contract form' which is non -existent ... as we were told by a telkom mobile employee ... which we now have on video ... which will be uploaded to the web as soon as it is legally cleared ... <br> <br> we have since been contacted by no less than 4 telkom mobile employees pertaining to this complaint ... all wanting to give us yet another reference or case number ... we r not interested in any more case or ref numbers .... <br> <br> the only case or ref number we are concerned with is 08/08/ 2015 case-***4 .. we strongly insist that the said contract be cancelled backdated to the aforementioned date .... we refuse to acknowledge or accept a cancellation of the contract for the end of december 2015 ... and we strongly insist that u remove my name from credit blacklists and your debt collectors<br> <br> miss n. maal
