Blacklisted for no Reason for the 2nd time

Telkom is the pits, saying Telkom sucks would be a compliment. I have been listed as owing Telkom when I don't owe them a dime. They apologise for the inconvenience and are subsequently dragging their feet to delist me with bureaus and send me a paid up letter. It's taken them a month of dilly dallying , they are not responding to emails for an update, they escalate without end and no results, quoting Sla's that hold no water.... And they have literally ********ated my credit without reason for the 2nd time and on both occasions I didn't owe them, which makes me question if they do this intentionally. I may have lost an irreplaceable opportunity at acquiring an asset because of Telkom's oversight and overreach I informed them what their carelessness is costing and they are still being non chalant about solving this. Utterly useless, corporate saboteur.
