Blacklisted for no reason

Telkom has been sending me messages for payment and suddenly I get a message stating I am black listed when I’ve never had a Telkom account . The attorneys insist that I have a Telkom account and I need to settle it . How pathetic is Telkom , how can I be charged for something I don’t have ?!
