Blacklisted for no Reason

<p>Good day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently appp**** for credit at one of the banks. Upon getting a credit check done, I found out that Telkom had listed me for owing R 4165 for an account that I am currently using and that is paid up. I called to get this sorted out but after 3 calls and being asked to be helped I still havnt been called back to even be questioned. Apart from that, I asked them to check the call recordings for the package I am on because I was supposed to be charged R 699 pm in total but I am being charged close to R800. That isnt even sorted out after months of asking them to look into it. </p> <p> </p> <p>I want to be compensated for this. My ITC score is messed up after painstakingly sorting it out. Being bliied for something I was promised just makes it worse and after speaking so many times and asking to be helped I get no where. It seems this is my last resort now. I WANT TO BE SORTED OUT AND COMPENSATED!</p>
