BLACKLISTED FOR BEING UNEMPLOYED AND CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY DEBT...

I have had to battle with Telkom for years now as they have been pestering me with money they say I owe. I lost my job a couple of years back and gave them a call to let them know that I couldn't afford to pay for their services and asked if they had a payment plan, Telkom never rendered a payment plan for me as an unemployed individual, instead, they demanded that I pay the remainder of the money as is, how, they didn't care, they demanded this even though I was honest enough and quick enough to let them know of my situation. Telkom then handed me over to debt collectors without communicating with me and have been threatening to blacklist me.

Now, tell me, how am I supposed to pay Telkom if I am blacklisted and can't even get a job to pay Telkom back????? Please help me understand this Telkom CEO??????????????????? It's been a bad and rough two years since this pandemic hit, the unemployment rate is crazy especially amongst the youth, I can barely make ends meet.

Another thing is, when I was a Telkom client there were months where I never had an internet connection and yet I was paying the full amount for internet services, how about Telkom pay me back the money I paid for the months I had no internet connection???????????
