Blacklisted by Telkom for R0

Long story short, I cancelled my account with Telkom. I tried multiple times to contact them to confirm closed and to make sure I have no outstanding funds. Only to find out that I have been handed over to the ITC for a R0 amount, now im listed and for what reason???? I hope to get this resolved and never deal with Telkom ever again in my life..
