“BLACKLISTED” by Telkom for not having services from them since May 2018

Hi . I don’t have any services from Telkom since May 2018, while being billed . Tried every alternative to contact them many times to get it sorted .Nothing seems to work . I reversed two debit orders and even done a cancellation. Now I’m Blacklisted and debt collections are after me.
