Blacklisted by Telkom

I signed up for a service, that was offered to me, in Telkom's own email, AT NO COST in 2017. then I got a statement that I owe them R11500. I repeatedly contacted them to explain myself that the service was offered AT NO COST. now they are blacklisting my busisness.
