Blacklisted by *********** Telkom

I returned a LTE device that didn’t work in December 2017, I was billed for a device I didn’t have. I refused to pay and had to prove device was returned, which I did, and was in Telkom possession, they still continued to bill me. I was then handed over, the Traceonline consultant confirmed I didn’t owe money. I am still trying to receive a clearance letter from Telkom so I can clear my name. They are completely ***********
