Blacklisted after cancelation of contract not processed!!

After canceling my out of contract agreement in March with the 39 days notice period, I'm still geong billed and after having my bNk reverse the monies, I'm now credit listed!! I've forwarded the documents to the head office as well as handed it in again at the branch in middelburg to Glafy Hadebe, who is the 2IC of the branch with NO SUCCESS!!
