Blacklisted

I have previously reported an incident with the billing at Lancet of which they said they were investigating. Nothing has changed, instead I have I.T.C people now stalking me about this bill and creating stress in my life. They said they would investigate and since then I have had no response. I have even received a pre-legal letter from the I.T.C people yet still no respond from Lancets so called investigation. The more I speak to people about the incident it seems the more make reference to incidents of a very similar nature that has occurred with them as well. I now know of quite a few people who have had this billing issue. Who is not doing their jobs and creating stress on patients who do not need it.
