#BlackFriday, I received excellent service when i decided to terminate my 24 month contract with Telkom, when i called them my call kept getting disconnected, to my surprise they actually called me back, while i was giving the consultant bad attitude she remained calm and friendly she also advised me on different pkgs etc. eventually my problem was resolved and im happily connected to them for another 24 months lol.
