Was having an LTE data Sim with telkom. Never knew my life would become so dark signing up with them. You will get billed wrong then you logg a call with them. Sadly to say they provide you with a reference as well as an favorable outcome, however they would still debit you wrongly. If that is not enough you will find your account debited any day of the month with any amount despite you having a set debit date with them. Furthermore you will contact the customer care but find that the staff don't know what they talking about you will get different versions all the time it's like they working for different companies. Telkom is definitely not the go to guy provider one needs. Way to much hassle
