Black mailing

I went to cancel my expired contract with telkom ****arney mall with Nikita (sells person) , who forced me to take/upgrade my contract, when I refused, she personally blocked my number and gave me a new number, I went back to her store for the following 2 days, no help, now I am told to wait for another 72 hours starting on Monday
