Black Friday with Telkom still in the black(dark) with the offer

Good day, I went into Telkom for a new phone contract and was told about the black Friday offer, being two phones A33 for R389. I was told I am approved, but I cannot get the package as they are waiting for stock of these phones. I am very disappointed because why? make an offer if you do not have stock. Is it perhaps a gimmick of some sorts. Black Friday was blue for me.
