The following day 25/11/2017 I received the said forms and filled them up as requested by the company. From this point several emails were exchanged between me and Telkom inquiring the reasons why it was delayed for so long... In the meantime, received as well from Telkom few calls asking me if I wanted to upgrade existing line as I qualified for the upgrade. Lastly before leaving overseas I was told by the representative of the company that Telkom had an influx of applications and they had run out of stock hence the reason that application was delayed for so long. Out of the blue while overseas my application was cancelled without any notification. I feel that the advert was misleading as Telkom did not have the capacity to run this special according to the employee as well as it deprived people of buying from other service providers their BLACK FRIDAY promotions. I do have copies of the correspondence between me and Telkom as well as I supp**** the link of the advertised items. A complain was lodge at South Africa Advertising Authority
