Black Friday Special
Telkom Black Friday deal failure to deliver.
Telkom was running a great deal for Black Friday. Huawei P10 Lite @ R 199-00 pm. I did an online application on Friday morning (received confirmation from them as well confirming this), unfortunately I missed a call from Telkom on Saturday morning, however I did receive a email from Telkom saying that they would call me back again which they did not do. I received a call this morning saying they just received my application and unfortunately the Huawei special has been sold out and do I want to pick another special. According to the lady that called me the special ran out on saturday .... my question to them is that I app**** on friday morning so why must i suffer the consequences as according to them they only got my application this morning which is a lie as they had tried to phone me on saturday. If i app**** on friday and the special ran out on saturday why are they not honouring the black friday specials.
